FREELANCE - SOLID EDGE DESIGN ENGINEER

EXPERIENCE SHOULD BE IN PHARMA MACHINES DESIGN

BLISTER PACKING MACHINES

JOB TIMING - 9:00 AM TO 5 :30 PM ( IF LATE STAYING REQUIRED - UPTO 7:30 PM)

- Machine Tools Experience – Jigs & Fixtures.

- Familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry and machinery (preferred but not required).

- Material Handling Equipment.

- Selection of Bearings, motor, servo motor etc

- Knowledge of material science, Heat Treatment, Surface Treatment, selection of materials, etc .

- Knowledge of GD & T .

- Knowledge of engineering calculation like power calculation, Torque Calculation, etc.

- Knowledge of Analysis in Software.

- Experience of Solid Edge Software.

- designing and developing new pharmaceutical machinery and improving existing designs using Solid Edge software.

- This role involves creating detailed 3D models, technical documentation, and collaborating with cross-

functional teams to ensure designs meet regulatory requirements and customer specifications.

- Develop detailed 3D models of machine components and assemblies using Solid Edge, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

- Use SOLID EDGE to create 2D drawings, 3D models, and detailed engineering designs for machine components and systems.

- Conduct design calculations, simulations, and testing to ensure functionality, performance, and safety.

- Hands-on experience with SOLID EDGE software (preferred) or other similar 3D CAD tools.

- Experience in the design of machines or systems for the pharmaceutical industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
