​This isn't a traditional salaried role; it's a strategic partnership. We are seeking experienced and results-driven F&B professionals to work as independent consultants under the Business Compass brand.

​You will have the flexibility to take on projects that fit your schedule and expertise, delivering our proven consulting services to a growing list of clients. We handle the client acquisition, branding, and operational systems; you focus on what you do best—solving problems and delivering exceptional results for clients.


​Key Responsibilities :

​Deliver a range of consulting services to our F&B clients, including on-site audits, menu development, operational restructuring, and staff training.

​Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client projects, managing the relationship from start to finish.
​Utilize the Business Compass toolkit and methodologies to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.

​Represent the Business Compass brand with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.


​ Who We're Looking For (The Ideal Partner):

• ​An Experienced F&B Professional: You have 5+ years of senior experience in the F&B industry (e.g., as a Restaurant Manager, Head Chef, Operations Manager, or independent con

​ Compensation Model:

​This is a 100% performance-based role with high earning potential.

Our model is built on a fair and lucrative percentage-based structure:

​You will receive a significant percentage (starting at 55%) of the total project fee for every client engagement you successfully deliver.

​This model rewards you directly for your expertise and results, offering flexibility and uncapped income potential.
