Role Overview

Masarra is seeking a freelance graphic designer with strong presentation design expertise to support our Marketing & Communications team. The designer will be responsible for creating, refining, and maintaining PowerPoint presentations for a range of internal and external audiences, including leadership presentations, supplier decks, B2B trade pitches, and corporate reports.

This role requires a designer with a keen eye for brand consistency, excellent English writing and layout skills, and the ability to adapt designs to audience context (corporate vs creative; internal vs trade; tourism vs partner).

Job Scope:

• Design and format PowerPoint presentations that are visually impactful, on-brand, and audience-appropriate.
• Adapt existing decks to different purposes (internal reports, partner pitches, trade presentations, supplier updates, etc.).
• Ensure consistency with Masarra’s brand guidelines, typography, and color palette across all assets.
• Create new slide layouts, icons, and templates that enhance storytelling and visual hierarchy.
• Work collaboratively with the in-house graphic designer and MarComms team to align design direction.
• Proof and finalize presentations for accuracy, alignment, and first-time-right quality.
• Occasionally assist with the design of simple marketing materials (social media graphics, event boards, or digital assets) if required.
• Maintain organized file management and naming conventions for easy cross-team access.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Valid freelance license and own visa (mandatory).
• Proven experience designing corporate or creative PowerPoint presentations (portfolio required).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Strong sense of visual composition, spacing, typography, and detail orientation.
• Excellent command of English (written and visual communication).
• Ability to balance brand consistency with creative flair.
• Reliable, efficient, and able to deliver within short deadlines with a first-time-right mindset.
• Understanding of brand and content hierarchy within corporate or tourism communication is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within travel, real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands.
• Basic understanding of CMS platforms or digital content formats is a plus (for visual alignment with web assets).
