Freelance HR Recruiter/ Consultant- FEMALES

• As per the JD, source & screen the profiles on different job boards.
• Brief the candidates about the JD and company and share the required details to the candidates.
• Conduct initial round of interview.
• Share the relevant interested profiles for shortlisting.
• Schedule the interviews of the shortlisted candidates
• Coordinate and take follow-ups.

Qualification- Any Graduate/ PG

Experience- 1 to 3 year in IT & Non IT (Non BPO) recruitment

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 42 – 52 per week

• This is a freelancing role basis on a commission pay upon a successful closure and not on a fixed pay. Commission Pay shall be paid only when the candidate completes 90 days at the Client's work place. Your performance shall be reviewed and basis on your performance we may promote you on a fixed pay. Are you fine with the commission pay at the initial stage?
• As this is a remote job opportunity, we have a virtual office setup on Zoom. You need to login on zoom for a minimum of 5 hours while working. Are you fine with the virtual office setup?
