Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Freelance Odoo Functional Implementer with more than 5 years of end-to-end Odoo implementation experience to deliver Odoo ERP projects for our clients in Riyadh. The role involves business analysis, solution design, system configuration, user training, and go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Odoo implementations from requirements gathering to post-go-live support
• Analyze client business processes and translate them into Odoo functional solutions
• Configure Odoo modules (Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory, HR, Projects, etc.)
• Prepare functional documents (BRD, GAP Analysis, Functional Specs)
• Coordinate with technical developers for customizations and integrations
• Conduct system testing (UAT), data migration validation, and issue resolution
• Deliver user training and prepare user manuals
• Support go-live and stabilization phases
• Act as the main functional point of contact for clients

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo Functional Implementation
• Proven track record of multiple end-to-end Odoo projects
• Strong knowledge of core Odoo modules, especially Accounting and Operations
• Experience working with clients in Saudi Arabia (preferred)
• Strong business analysis and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a freelance/project-based environment
• Experience with Odoo Enterprise (v14+) preferred
• Arabic & English communication skills (preferred)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Odoo localization for KSA (ZATCA, VAT, Payroll)
• Odoo certification(s)
• Prior experience working with Odoo partners

• Riyadh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
