Freelance Podcast Producer

This role offers an opportunity to lead the end-to-end production of a high-profile podcast series in the United Arab Emirates, featuring influential guests from media, business, culture, and leadership sectors. The project is part of a personal media brand expansion and requires a professional with a deep understanding of UAE media standards, official communications, and the nuances of high-profile guest management. The Executive Producer will be responsible for shaping the show concept, managing all production phases, and ensuring the final episodes meet the highest standards of quality and discretion. The position is based in Abu Dhabi or Dubai and demands a structured, detail-oriented approach to project management and execution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the podcast show concept in alignment with the brand's vision
• Create and manage a comprehensive production schedule, ensuring timely delivery of each episode
• Coordinate and book recording studios, manage crew, and oversee all logistical requirements
• Handle official permits and ensure compliance with UAE media regulations
• Identify, coordinate, and invite high-profile guests, managing all communications and official invitations
• Supervise the editing process, ensuring episodes are polished and on-brand
• Oversee branding, post-production, and delivery of ready-to-publish episodes
• Maintain professionalism and discretion throughout all stages of production
• Liaise with official entities and stakeholders as required

Skills & Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Producer or Senior Producer in podcasting, broadcasting, or media production
• Strong background in managing high-profile projects within the UAE media landscape
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate with official entities and manage sensitive communications>
• Exceptional organizational, project management, and leadership skills
• Experience with studio booking, crew management, and production logistics in Abu Dhabi or Dubai
• Proficiency in overseeing editing, branding, and post-production workflows
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with high-profile guests and stakeholders
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Availability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi or Dubai as required
