Production Executive

Job Purpose

The Executive – Production will be responsible for managing ancillary production functions including screen printing, vacuum forming, foiling, and assembly operations, ensuring efficient production processes, quality compliance, and cost effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and operate screen printing, foiling, and vacuum forming machinery.
• Supervise production line workers to maximize productivity while maintaining optimal manpower utilization.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and SOPs to maintain product quality.
• Handle end-to-end responsibilities for Printing, Vacuum Tray Forming, and Hot Stamping production operations.
• Assist in new product development activities in coordination with internal teams.
• Coordinate effectively with Planning, R&D, QA, and Warehouse departments.
• Provide efficient production support for filling line operations.
• Monitor line efficiencies and printing material inventory levels.
• Ensure cost-effective production practices.
• Implement and maintain GMP standards, safety procedures, and workplace discipline.
• Utilize and update production data using the ERP system (JDE).

Qualifications Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline or
• Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Production

Preferred: Diploma in Printing Technology

Experience

• 7 – 10 years of experience in production operations, preferably in perfume, cosmetics, plastics, or packaging industries.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Experience working with plastic components and glass bottles.
• Knowledge of printing and foiling on plastic components and glass bottles.
• Exposure to hot stamping and ultrasonic welding machinery.
• Experience with organic and UV printing methods.
• Strong production supervision and team management skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably JDE).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
