Senior Production Engineer – Structural Steel

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily structural steel fabrication and production activities.
• Coordinate with design, planning, and project teams to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Supervise fabrication processes including cutting, welding, drilling, and assembly.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures.
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and material utilization to improve productivity.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate with the engineering team for production requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare daily and weekly production reports for management.
• Lead and guide production staff to maintain high performance and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering.
• 8-12 years of experience in structural steel fabrication or steel manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of steel fabrication processes, welding standards, and shop operations.
• Experience handling production teams in fabrication workshops.
• Good knowledge of AutoCAD drawings and fabrication standards.
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills.
