Job Title: Freelancer Recruiter (Tamilnadu)

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs on a project or ongoing basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various roles across the organization, ensuring a smooth and effective recruitment process.Key

Responsibilities:
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profilesSource candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidates’ qualificationsCoordinate interviews between candidates and internal stakeholdersManage candidate pipelines and keep ATS (Applicant Tracking System) updatedProvide regular updates and feedback to hiring managersEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the process

Requirements:

Proven experience as an in-house or freelance recruiterStrong understanding of recruitment processes and best practicesFamiliarity with sourcing tools, ATS platforms, and job boardsExcellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience recruiting in [Industry-specific, e.g., Tech, BFSI, Healthcare, Real estate and more] Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred)

Benefits:- Competitive earning : ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month

- Payout duration 45 / 60 days
- Projects TAT 20 days to 30days
