We are expanding our network and looking for Freelance Recruiters to support hiring for sales & marketing roles. Role & Responsibilities:- • Post jobs, source candidates, and screen resumes. • Conduct telephonic interviews and shortlist profiles. • Share suitable candidates with the hiring manager. • Minimum commitment: 3 hrs/day, 5 days a week (for at least 3 months). Payout:- Earn up to ₹60,000 per hired & retained candidate (milestone-based payouts). Growth Opportunities:- High performers may get a full-time role after 3 months with 10–40% higher CTC + incentives.
