We are looking for a results-driven Freelance Recruiter to support our hiring needs by sourcing, screening, and shortlisting qualified candidates across various roles. The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills and the ability to work independently to meet hiring deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen CVs and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
• Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freelance or agency ).
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience recruiting across multiple industries.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS).
