Freelance Sales Personel

Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Personnel to join our hypermarket team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, maintain product displays, and ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, prices, and promotions
• Ensure shelves are fully stocked and products are properly displayed
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages to the supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the assigned section
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide appropriate solutions
• Support cashiering duties when required
• Ensure proper labeling and pricing of all items
• Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in retail or sales (hypermarket experience is an advantage)
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible with working shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Basic knowledge of inventory and merchandising
• Presentable and professional appearance

Pay: QAR2,600.00 - QAR2,800.00 per month
