Freelance Shop Drawing Specialist – Tents & Shades

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced freelancer who can prepare accurate and detailed shop drawings for tents, shades, and canopies. The candidate should have a strong understanding of structural details, fabric materials, and steel/aluminum framework used in shade structures.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare professional shop drawings based on design concepts, site measurements, and specifications.
• Ensure drawings comply with project requirements and industry standards.
• Provide detailed sections, elevations, fixing details, and material specifications.
• Coordinate with our in-house team for revisions and approvals.
• Deliver drawings in AutoCAD (or similar software) with high accuracy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in shop drawings for tensile structures, tents, shades, or steel fabrications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (or equivalent CAD software).
• Knowledge of structural details related to shades, canopies, and tents.
• Ability to work within deadlines and provide quick revisions if needed.
• Portfolio of previous similar works (preferred).

Location: Remote (Freelance)
Project Basis: Per project / lump sum quotation
