About the Position:
For over 20 years IPPOLITA has been the premiere luxury fine jewelry line designed by a woman for women. Everything we do revolves around the idea that art matters, and that beauty has a profound impact on our worldview and our actions. IPPOLITA is looking for a responsive and collaborative individual with a can-do approach, to support the Marketing team, and the Creative Director/CEO. This position will report to the Director of E-Commerce and the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment balancing Social, PR, Digital Marketing activities, reinforcing the Marketing Department as it endeavors to create brand awareness and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

Create original social media content, in support of the company marketing calendar.

Leveraging organic content, brand storytelling, and targeting community engagement to drive sustained, high-quality follower growth.

Schedule daily posts across all channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest) and liaise with copywriter.

Edit social-first videos in a timely manner while addressing various iterations.

Community Management: monitoring and responding to conversations with customers on each social channel, respective of brand messaging.

Support the Marketing team as it innovates in the social space to grow brand presence. Stay on top of trends, tools, applications, and emerging platforms to keep the brand relevant and competitive.

Work collaboratively with all teammates, collaborators, stakeholders and clients to execute the highest level content. Track media coverage to inform content creation.

Deliver all social reports on a weekly , monthly , quarterly , campaign, and event or activation basis.

Monitor performance metrics and analyze campaign effectiveness, using insights to inform future strategies. Track and report on KPIs such as engagement rate, reach, conversions, and audience growth.

On-set support: Film BTS and social content during campaign on-model/still-life shoots.

Manage all paid social boosting efforts through digital marketing partner, on a bi-weekly basis to ensure steady follower growth and reach from new followers/potential customers.

Create all digital look books for each season to be used for Press, Marketing, & Sales.

Distribute digital look books to stylists on a bi-monthly basis depending on available inventory.
Requirements:

3+ years of experience in social media with at least 6mo-1yr of TikTok experience

An entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude

Experience with creating content for luxury fashion or jewelry brands

Exceptional written and verbal communications skills

Strong follow up skills and detail oriented

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Must be able to edit all content.

Proficient in social media scheduling platforms, Adobe Suite, Canva, and metric tracking platforms.
