We’re looking for a Senior Content Creator to own FELFEL’s brand voice and visual identity. This is a creative, hands-on role where you’ll produce high-performing, on-brand content for social, web, and events—bringing our story to life across every channel.

IN SHORT

This is the role for someone who wants to be the creative heartbeat of FELFEL. You’ll tell our story through stunning visuals, compelling videos, and authentic social content that builds a brand people love.
We want someone who knows what performs on social, who can film a chef in the morning, edit the video over lunch, and have it live on Instagram by the afternoon—with captions people actually read and engage with. You’ll work closely with the VP Growth and digital marketing team to ensure every piece of content drives engagement, followers, tastings, and inbound leads.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own FELFEL’s Visual Identity: Be the guardian of FELFEL’s brand look & feel across all platforms.
• Content Production: Plan, shoot, and edit high-performing videos and photos for social, web, and paid ads.
• Social Media Management: Create engaging posts and captions for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and Meta.
• Ad Creatives: Produce 10–20 fresh creatives per week that drive CTR, engagement, and tastings booked.
• Storytelling at Scale: Collaborate with chefs, partners, and internal teams to create authentic stories about food, hospitality, and FELFEL’s mission.
• Event & Brand Collateral: Design visuals for events, merchandise, and printed materials.
• Website Content & SEO: Publish and optimize content on our website for search, speed, and conversion.
• Creative Innovation: Test new formats, reels, carousels, and storytelling techniques to grow reach and engagement.

YOUR PROFILE

• Experience: 3–6 years in content creation, social media, or brand marketing, ideally in food, lifestyle, or retail brands.
• Creative Skills: Strong video and photography skills, with editing experience in tools like Lightroom, CapCut, Canva, or similar.
• Social Media Savvy: You understand algorithms, trends, and what makes content go viral.
• Copywriting: You can write captions that are fun, on-brand, and actually stop people from scrolling.
• Hands-On: Comfortable managing shoots, editing quickly, and publishing fast without big agency overhead.
• Website Experience: You can update and optimize content on Squarespace and have basic SEO skills.
• Food Passion: You love food and hospitality and can capture this passion authentically in your work.
