Freelance Videographer – Doctor Video Production Shoots (Islamabad)

Role Overview:

We are hiring a freelance videographer based in Islamabadto manage regularly planned doctor video production shoots. The role involves visiting assigned doctor locations, capturing professional promotional videos, and delivering raw footage for internal editing and publishing.

This is a long-term, project-based engagement based on scheduled shoot requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to assigned doctor clinics across Islamabad and Rawalpindi for scheduled shoots
• Conduct professional video recording for doctor promotional content (interviews, clinic setups, messaging videos, etc.)
• Maintain high-quality production standards (lighting, framing, audio clarity)
• Coordinate with doctors and clinic teams for smooth execution of shoots
• Follow creative briefs and ensure all required shots are captured
• Submit raw footage to the internal Marham team within agreed timelines
• Ensure consistency with brand and content guidelines

Engagement & Payment Structure:

• Freelance, per shoot / per day engagement model
• Payment will be processed only for completed shoot days
• No monthly retainer; compensation strictly based on assigned shoots

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in videography (corporate, promotional, or healthcare content preferred)
• Strong technical understanding of cameras, lighting, and audio setup
• Ability to independently manage field assignments
• Own professional equipment preferred
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Commitment to deadlines and quality standards

Additional Notes:

• Ongoing requirement aligned with scheduled doctor onboarding and content needs
• Flexibility to travel within Twin Cities is required
• Candidates will be shortlisted based on portfolio and availability
