Freelance Videographer for Exhibition Booth Coverage

We are looking for a Professional Freelance Videographer to capture our exhibition booth and activities during the event. The shoot will mainly focus on:

• Booth setup and design
• Team interactions with visitors
• Product or service highlights
• Crowd and atmosphere shots
• Short interviews or moments (if needed)

Responsibilities:

• Record high-quality video footage at the exhibition (few hours per day)
• Capture creative B-rolls and key moments
• Professionally edit the video into a 1–2 minute highlight video
• Add logo animations, background music, and color grading
• Deliver final video in full HD (and vertical format if needed for social media)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in event or corporate videography
• Access to professional camera, lighting, and audio equipment
• Strong video editing skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve)
• Ability to deliver polished, professional results on time

Deliverables:

• One professionally edited highlight video (1–2 minutes)
• Raw footages

Timeline:

• Shooting: November 17–19
• Doha Exhibition Center
• Final video delivery: Within 3-5 days after the event

Compensation:

• To be discussed based on experience and portfolio
