Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in content creation, videography, photo/video editing, and paid media advertising, ensuring consistent brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Management
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts (photos, videos, reels, stories, and captions) for social media platforms.
- Capture and edit high-quality videos and photos aligned with brand identity.
- Develop creative concepts for promotional campaigns and storytelling content.
- Videography & Editing
- Film, edit, and produce short-form and long-form videos for campaigns, ads, and social media content.
- Maintain visual consistency and high production quality across all content.
- Utilize professional editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
- Media Buying & Advertising
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Analyze ad performance metrics to maximize ROI and achieve marketing goals.
- Prepare and present regular reports on campaign results and audience engagement.
- Strategy & Analytics
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with marketing goals and brand promotions.
- Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience insights to refine strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Digital Marketer, or Content Creator.
- Hands-on experience in media buying and campaign management.
- Proficient in videography, photography, and editing software (Adobe Suite or similar).
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms, analytics, and advertising tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
Work Conditions:

- Portfolio or sample work required (video and social media content).
