  • Customs Operations:
  • Oversee and manage all import and export customs clearance processes.
  • Ensure full compliance with customs laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Verify and approve all customs documentation, permits, declarations, and shipping records.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
  • Resolve customs-related issues, delays, or disputes with authorities.
  • Freezone Management:
  • Manage daily operations within the freezone, ensuring adherence to freezone rules and regulations.
  • Supervise the movement of goods in and out of the freezone (inbound, outbound, transshipment).
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, bonded materials, and restricted items.
  • Handle all freezone approvals, renewals, and compliance audits.
  • Government Relations:
  • Act as the main point of contact with customs officials, freezone authorities, and other governmental entities.
  • Stay updated on all regulatory changes and ensure timely implementation.
  • Represent the company in inspections, audits, and official meetings.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
  • Ensure accuracy of all customs and freezone documentation.
  • Develop and maintain internal compliance procedures and SOPs.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulations and minimize risk.
  • Prepare periodic reports on customs duty, exemptions, violations, and operational performance.
  • Leadership & Coordination:
  • Lead and supervise the customs and freezone team.
  • Provide training on customs regulations and compliance processes.
  • Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Operations teams to optimize workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£30,000.00 - E£70,000.00 per month
