Freight Broker

As a Freight Broker, you’ll be the critical link between American shippers and carriers—coordinating freight, negotiating rates, and ensuring timely deliveries. This role combines sales, strategy, and coordination—ideal for individuals who are ready to hustle, learn, and grow.

Responsibilities :

1.) Source freight from U.S.-based shippers and assign appropriate carriers.

2.) Make outbound calls to shippers and carriers; negotiate competitive freight rates.

3.) Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and carriers.

4.) Track shipments proactively and resolve any delivery issues.

5.) Maintain accurate documentation and update internal systems.

6.) Consistently meet performance and productivity targets.

Who Can Apply

1.) Candidates with prior International Voice Process or Customer Service experience are preferred.

2.) Freshers with strong spoken and written English skills are also encouraged to apply.

3.) Must be confident with outbound calls and client communication.

4.) Willingness to work in the U.S. time zone. (Night Shift)
