Job Overview:

We are looking for motivated and energetic Freight Brokers / Logistics Coordinators to join our team in Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 6 months to 1 year of experience in freight brokerage or logistics coordination and a strong understanding of U.S. transportation operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Source, negotiate, and book freight loads between shippers and carriers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and trucking companies.
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Handle rate negotiations and resolve any load or delivery issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all load details in the CRM/TMS system.
• Meet daily and monthly sales and operations targets.
• Collaborate with team members to maximize efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or dispatch preferred.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English proficiency required).
• Strong knowledge of U.S. transportation and freight market (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic computer proficiency (Excel, CRM/TMS tools).
