Shift Timing: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday to Friday)

Location: Gurgaon, Sector 19 – Udyog Vihar

* Make outbound calls to potential US clients

* Pitch logistics & freight services confidently

* Identify client needs and provide tailored solutions

* Maintain accurate follow-ups and CRM records

✔ Fluent in English (spoken & written)

✔Confident, patient, and professional on calls

✔ Prior experience in international calling / sales / operations is a plus
