Freight broker

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Broker to manage the full cycle of freight brokerage operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting shippers and carriers, negotiating rates, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and transport partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and secure new carriers and shippers to build business opportunities.
• Negotiate freight rates and manage load bookings efficiently.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery or logistics issues.
• Maintain accurate records of loads, billing, and customer communications.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Freight Broker or in logistics/transportation.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems (TMS) and MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
