P2A Logistics is expanding rapidly, and we’re looking for skilled, target-driven Freight Brokers who understand the US trucking market and know how to build profitable relationships. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with US shippers and carriers.
• Negotiate rates confidently to ensure profitable margins for every load.
• Manage the complete freight cycle — prospecting, booking, dispatching, tracking, customer updates, and delivery follow-ups.
• Monitor shipments proactively and resolve issues with professionalism and urgency.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and carriers.
• Maintain accurate documentation for contracts, shipments, invoices, and CRM updates.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in US Freight Brokerage (Mandatory).
• Strong understanding of US transportation, lanes, markets, and load boards.
• Excellent communication & negotiation skills ,fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work under targets and deliver consistent results.
• Hands-on experience with DAT, Truckstop, CRM tools, and MS Office.
• Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset.
