Qualifications

• Experience as a Freight Broker or in logistics/supply chain preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Knowledge of US freight lanes and brokerage operations
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities

Compensation

• Flat 40% commission with an attractive salary

Open Position 2: Experienced CMT(Carrier Management Team) ProfessionalRole Description

• Manage carrier onboarding, compliance, and documentation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers
• Source reliable carriers and ensure capacity coverage
• Track shipments and proactively resolve transit issues
• Coordinate with brokers to ensure smooth operations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Carrier Management (CMT)
• Strong understanding of carrier compliance and freight processes
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
• Availability for a 5-day fixed workweek (Saturday & Sunday off)
