Concorde Logistics LLC.is a fast-growing logistics and transportation company dedicated to providing reliable, efficient freight solutions across USA. We are looking for a driven and experienced Freight Broker to join our team and help expand our network of carriers and customers.

Job Summary:

As a Freight Broker, you will be responsible for connecting shippers with carriers, negotiating freight rates, managing shipments, and ensuring timely delivery. You must have a strong understanding of the transportation industry, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with shippers and carriers
• Negotiate rates with carriers and secure transportation for loads
• Coordinate freight pickup, transit, and delivery with accuracy and timeliness
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues
• Manage load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) and post available loads
• Build a reliable carrier network and maintain strong carrier relationships
• Handle customer service inquiries and provide real-time updates
• Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulations
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and margin targets
