Freight Brokerage Specialist-truck dispatching experience

In Webex Enterprises we are expanding our team and looking for a Freight Brokerage Specialist with strong industry knowledge and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage freight bookings and negotiate rates with carriers
• Build and maintain relationships with shippers & transportation partners
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Handle documentation, coordination, and issue resolution
• Deliver high-quality customer service and operational support

Requirements:

• Experience in freight brokerage / logistics / transportation industry as Sales Person or Business Development Executive
• Strong negotiation & coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication & problem-solving abilities
• Self-motivated and target-driven
