Business Development Officer

Location: Johar Town

Work Timings: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM / Monday to Friday

Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration

Overview:

Code Xenix is looking for a confident and motivated Business Development Officer to generate and nurture leads primarily through LinkedIn, along with calls and other communication channels. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and engage leads via LinkedIn outreach
• Introduce Code Xenix services to potential clients
• Follow up with prospects and nurture leads
• Maintain lead records in Google Sheets / CRM
• Support the sales team in achieving targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 1+ year
• Good English communication skills
• Confident and professional personality
• Comfortable with client outreach and follow-ups
• Must be able to commute to Johar Town, Lahore
