Freight Dispatch Agent – Commission-Based (Carriers Required, Training Provided)

Job Description

We are a fast-growing dispatch service looking for motivated individuals who already have access to carriers (minimum 1–2 trucks) and want to build a scalable income in the trucking industry.

You do NOT need to be an expert dispatcher.

If you have carriers and are willing to learn, we will provide the training, systems, financial backing, and backend support to help you become a successful dispatch agent.

This is an opportunity to grow within a structured system and scale your income based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and manage carrier operations
• Book loads and communicate with brokers
• Negotiate rates (training provided if needed)
• Coordinate pickups, deliveries, and schedules
• Keep trucks moving and profitable

Compensation & Earnings Potential

This is a commission-based position with no cap on earnings.

• Agents earn 65% of the 8% dispatch fee
• Increase to 70% commission after surpassing $13,000/month in gross commission

Average Earnings Per Truck:

• Trucks typically gross $22,000 – $30,000/month
• Agents earn approximately $1,100 – $1,600/month per truck

Scaling Opportunity:

• 3 trucks = ~$3,000 – $4,800/month
• 5 trucks = ~$5,500 – $8,000/month
• 8+ trucks = $9,000 – $13,000+/month

Top-performing agents managing multiple trucks can exceed $15,000/month
