Freight Forwarding

We are looking for a Freight Forwarder who is responsible for coordinating the shipment of goods on behalf of clients by arranging the most efficient and cost-effective transportation solutions. This role involves managing logistics, documentation, compliance, communication with carriers, and ensuring timely delivery of cargo across domestic and international routes.

Key Responsibilities

• Shipment Coordination:
• Arrange and monitor the movement of goods by air, sea, road, or rail based on customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Documentation Management:

Prepare and process essential shipping documentation such as bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, customs declarations, and shipping instructions

• Understanding of international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customs procedures

• Proficiency in logistics software and tracking tools
• Attention to detail and ability to solve logistical challenges
• Experience with air, sea, and road freight operations (preferred)

Education & Experience

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or related field (preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics coordination, or supply chain operations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
