We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Freight Forwarding and Logistics Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining and growing relationships with clients, and promoting our freight forwarding and logistics services (air, sea, and land). You will work closely with operations and customer service teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and client visits.
- International freight forwarding (Air & Sea)
- Customs clearance
- Inland transportation
- Warehousing and distribution
- Supply chain solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate rates, prepare quotations, and manage contract terms.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth execution of services.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and networking events when necessary.
