Responsibilities:

Utilize internal and external tools to negotiate shipping freight rates with Carriers or Airlines.

Exude the highest level of customer service to both internal and external business partners and set the expectations that the task given will be completed to their satisfaction.

Expand and cultivate the Company’s carrier and agent network while developing new partner relationships.

Generate new business leads through identifying and properly qualifying business opportunities.

Provide customer quotations with a systematic follow up system.
-
Prepare daily sales report and Quarterly business plan.
-
Identify new opportunities and attract new customer.
-
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to determine their daily and weekly shipping needs.
-
Provide responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently.

Ensure that all clients freight loads are shipped on time.
-
Follow up on client referrals.

Work closely with operations and C.S team smooth and efficient customer care.
-
Develop a database of prospective clients, as well as Account Management to retain and grow the existing client base.

Ensure commercial visits have been done to generate business.

Create and follow up pipeline reporting on CRM
-
Ensure quality of operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

Bachelor educational degree (Preferable Logistics field or equivalent)

A minimum of 2 years working experience in the field of Logistics & Freight Forwarding operations, regulations, and documentation.

Must have in-depth knowledge about the market and freight forwarding industry.
-
Excellent English Language both written and spoken.

V. Good in Microsoft Office Programs: Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
