Compensation: $80,000–$100,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

What You'll Do

• Drive new business development across domestic and international freight services.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
• Sell logistics solutions including Domestic Freight, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Warehousing, and Customs Brokerage.
• Prepare customer proposals, pricing, and contracts.
• Partner with operations to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience.
• Manage sales opportunities in CRM and provide accurate forecasts.
• Build long-term client relationships while achieving revenue goals.

What We're Looking For

• 3–7+ years of freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL sales experience.
• Existing domestic and international book of business is highly preferred.
• Proven success in new business development and account acquisition.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Experience using CRM tools to manage a sales pipeline.
• Stable employment history with consistent career growth.
• Must currently reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.
