Job Description:

MGC Freight are seeking a results-driven Freight Brokerage Sales Executive to generate new business and grow our client base. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, experience in logistics or freight brokerage, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight brokerage
• Build and maintain relationships with shippers and clients
• Negotiate rates and close deals to meet sales targets
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth shipment execution
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales (freight brokerage or logistics preferred)
• Opportunity for freshers who have an education of O/A Levels
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of transportation and supply chain processes
