Sales Executive – Solar Design Services (USA Market)

Department: Sales (Call Center – USA)

Location: On-Site – Lahore, Pakistan

Shift: US (Evening/Night – Pakistan Time)

What You’ll Do:

Generate and qualify leads for solar design and engineering services (USA)

Conduct outbound and inbound calls to US-based prospects

Explain solar design offerings, including permit plans, PV layouts, and electrical design

Convert leads into confirmed projects

Maintain CRM records and follow-ups

Coordinate with the technical/design team for project handover

What We’re Looking For:

Strong English communication (neutral or US-friendly accent preferred)

Basic understanding of the solar industry (training can be provided)

Sales, negotiation, and objection handling skills

CRM handling (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

Eligibility:

Fresh or up to 6 months of experience • Call center/BPO background preferred

Salary:

PKR 20,000 – 35,000
