Job Description:
Lucretia International Realty, a luxury real estate brokerage in Dubai, is seeking motivated and results-driven Real Estate Brokers to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing leads, advising clients on investment opportunities, and closing sales across both off-plan and ready properties.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and manage client leads (company-provided and self-generated).
- Present and promote luxury properties and investment opportunities.
- Conduct property viewings, site visits, and virtual consultations.
- Negotiate terms and close transactions.
- Maintain relationships with clients, developers, and investors.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate market trends and new project launches.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales (Dubai experience preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (French, Russian, Arabic, etc.) are a plus.
- Goal-oriented, ambitious, and self-motivated.
- UAE driving license preferred.
