Job Description

QuickfirmX is hiring Customer Service Advisors for Concentrix – French-speaking accounts based in Smart Village, Giza.

Job Role


  • Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in French.


  • Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and professionally.


  • Follow internal company procedures and performance standards.


  • Maintain polite, clear, and professional communication at all times.


Responsibilities


  • Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service quality KPIs.


  • Accurately document all customer interactions.


  • Build strong rapport with customers and offer suitable solutions or recommendations.


  • Collaborate with your team to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment.


  • Participate in training and development programs.


Requirements

  • French Language Level: Minimum B2 or B2+


  • English Language Level: Minimum B1


  • Education: Graduates only


  • Location: Must be able to work onsite in Smart Village, Giza


  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.


  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory.


  • Strong teamwork and adaptability to dynamic environments.


Shifts


  • Rotational shifts (24/7), flexibility required.

  • Salary: Up to 31,000 EGP gross /month
