  • Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales processes in the CRM system
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to promote repeat business
  • Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through consistent performance
  • Assist in creating targeted marketing campaigns based on customer feedback
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize overall sales strategies
  • Prepare and deliver effective persuasive sales pitches
  • Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the management team
  • Participate in training programs to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a telesales or telemarketing role
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable using computer systems and CRM software efficiently
