Jamjoom Pharma, a leading pharmaceutical company in the Middle East, is seeking a passionate and results-driven Sales Team Member to join our high-performing sales force. This is your opportunity to play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and driving sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate sales orders with major pharmacy chains and Class A pharmacies
• Engage small stores to activate stock movement from wholesalers and distributors
• Explore new territories and identify high-potential pharmacies
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor branch managers
• Support new product launches by introducing items across your territory
• Educate pharmacy teams on product usage and benefits, including sample distribution
• Collaborate with marketing to execute promotional events for key accounts
• Work closely with General and Ophthalmology Sales Teams
• Provide market insights, especially competitor activity
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery for customers in your region
• Report and present your sales achievements regularly

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical or related sales within the territory
• Bachelor’s degree
• Strong sales instincts and excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (Excel, Word, Email)
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must own a personal vehicle for travel
• Medium-level English proficiency
• Age: 35 years or younger
