Masterminds Early Learning Center, Dubai’s leading early and primary education provider, is seeking an experienced and passionate French Teacher to join our academic team. This is a full-time position working with early years and primary students, delivering high-quality French language instruction in alignment with Masterminds’ innovative, neuroscience-informed approach to education.

Essential Requirements

• Native fluency in French

• Strong command of spoken and written French Language

• Minimum 5 years’ experience teaching French to early years and/or primary-aged children

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Languages, French, or a related field

• Teaching certification or recognized language teaching qualification preferred

• Open-mindedness to learning and implementing Masterminds’ pioneering teaching methodologies

• Professional presence reflecting the premium Masterminds brand

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to relate effectively to both children and adults

• Highly organized, flexible, and adaptable

• Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking



Core Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate French lessons aligned with curriculum goals

• Create an immersive and culturally rich French language environment

• Prepare lesson materials, resources, and classroom activities

• Support learning through individual, paired, and small-group instruction

• Observe, assess, and document student progress

• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers and academic leadership

• Supervise and accompany students to lessons and school activities as required

• Participate in staff meetings, school events, and cultural celebrations

• Support after-school activities when required

• Follow all school health and safety policies and safeguarding procedures

• Participate in the annual professional development cycle and demonstrate commitment to lifelong learning

• Maintain confidentiality with regard to all school matters at all times
