FRESH call center agents needed!!

Genezone International Marketing Solution is looking for passionate candidates to join our team, we are hiring fresh or experienced call centre agents for our USA campaign.

Responsibility:

- Handle customer complains and queries,

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions,

- identify customer needs and give them proper solutions.

Job Requirements:

- Candidate should be good in English.

- Should be punctual and responsible with a positive attitude.

- Must have basic computer knowledge.

Job Details:

Timings : 6PM TO 12AM EVENING

Working days : Monday to Saturday

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
