Job Type: Full-Time | Rotational Shifts (Morning, Evening, Night)

We are actively looking for fresh, enthusiastic Computer Science graduates to join our VOIP NOC (Network Operations Center) team. What You’ll Do:

• Monitor and maintain VOIP systems and network performance.
• Troubleshoot VOIP issues such as call quality, latency, and connectivity.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
• Work with key protocols: SIP, RTP, TCP/IP.
• Maintain logs and documentation for incidents, resolutions, and performance.
• Assist senior engineers with upgrades and system improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, firewalls).
• Knowledge of VOIP protocols (SIP, RTP) is a plus—but not required.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technical environment.
