Job Description

GUMACO is seeking ambitious and motivated Saudi fresh graduates to join our engineering team. This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build their careers in the industrial sector and gain hands-on experience in industrial machinery, automation systems, maintenance, and project support.

The selected candidates will receive practical training and mentorship while working alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, testing, and commissioning of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Support troubleshooting and maintenance activities for mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
• Prepare technical reports, documentation, and project records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments on technical matters.
• Participate in process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and engineering standards.
• Provide technical support for ongoing projects and service activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.
• Fresh graduate or up to one year of experience.
• Saudi National.
• Good communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of industrial equipment and automation systems.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar engineering software.
• Understanding of PLCs and control systems is an advantage.
• Knowledge of data analysis and process improvement tools is a plus.
