Mechanical Site Supervisor – MEP

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Site Supervisor to oversee the on-site execution of MEP mechanical works across high-rise, hotel, and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate will ensure all activities are executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor mechanical site activities including:

• HVAC systems including ducting, piping, and equipment installation
• Plumbing and drainage works
• Firefighting systems including sprinklers, hose reels, FHC, and pumps

Ensure execution complies with:

• Approved shop drawings
• Method statements
• Project specifications and quality standards
• Coordinate with civil, electrical, and other trades for smooth project execution
• Monitor subcontractors, workforce productivity, and daily site progress
• Raise and follow up on WIR/MIR inspections with consultants
• Identify site issues, delays, and technical challenges and implement corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures and HSE regulations

Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 5 to 8 years of experience in MEP construction projects
• Mandatory experience in hotel, high-rise, or commercial building projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, and Firefighting systems
• GCC project experience preferred
• Ability to manage site teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of MEP drawings and site execution
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under project deadlines
• Familiarity with inspection and quality procedures
