Fresh Juice Maker

We are looking for an experienced Fresh Juice Maker / Barista to join our team at Al Dhafra Restaurant, part of Abdullah Harib Group in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating refreshing, high-quality beverages and maintaining excellent hygiene and service standards.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of fresh juices, smoothies, and mocktails with consistent taste and presentation.
• Wash, cut, and process fruits and vegetables while ensuring proper hygiene and food safety.
• Operate juicers, blenders, and other bar equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain freshness and stock levels of fruits, vegetables, and beverage ingredients.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the juice station, utensils, and equipment.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and speed of service.
• Suggest and develop new beverage ideas and seasonal juice mixes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Juice Maker or Barista in a restaurant, café, or hotel.
• Strong knowledge of fresh fruit juices, smoothies, and mocktails.
• Attention to detail and passion for freshness, taste, and presentation.
• Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and customer satisfaction.
