This position requires working the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM). Only candidates with fluent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

About the Role:
We are looking for fresh Graduates to join our growing healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who want to start their career in the U.S. Healthcare and Medical Billing industry. You will work with doctors, clinics, and billing teams to manage patient records, schedule appointments, verify insurances, and support administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist U.S.-based physicians and clinics with day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage EMR/EHR systems.
• Handle patient communication through calls, emails, and messages.
• Verify insurance eligibility and benefits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Coordinate with billing and coding teams for claims management.

Requirements:

• Must have good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work night shifts (U.S. business hours).
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and eagerness to learn.
