Fresher - HR Recruiter

We are looking to Hire HR Recruiter (Excellent communication skills) for our organization. We're looking for Recruiter to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.

Key Responsibilities:

* Sourcing candidates for various roles and using various job portals. (Naukri, Linkedin, Indeed, Other job portals)

* Support in hiring activities posting jobs, screening resumes, coordinating interviews

* Managing candidates till joining

* Prepare recruitment reports and documentation.

* Coordinating documentation processes of candidates

* Update and maintain HR recruitment databases

* Coordinate with managers for day-to-day HR requirements

* Good in English Communication Skills

* Proficient in MS Excel & Word

* Well developed interpersonal skills with "what next" attitude

* Immediate joining required
