Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)
Experience Required: 3–5 Years
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Healthcare Recruiter to join our Gurgaon-based team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in healthcare hiring or overseas recruitment consulting and will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for healthcare professionals across domestic and international clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for healthcare roles (doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and social media channels
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, timelines, and feedback
• Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure consistent follow-ups
• Support documentation and verification for overseas healthcare placements
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities
• Meet individual and team hiring targets within defined timelines

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment or overseas hiring
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, or similar platforms
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple hiring mandates
• Experience coordinating with international clients is a plus
