About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated M.Sc. Chemistry / Organic Chemistry fresher to join our Oncology Research Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in cutting-edge drug discovery research focused on oncology.

You will work closely with a team of experienced scientists and will be trained and mentored under Ph.D. professionals, gaining exposure to various aspects of medicinal and organic synthesis, analytical techniques, and research methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in synthesis and purification of organic compounds for oncology research.
• Support ongoing projects in drug design, screening, and evaluation.
• Conduct experiments as per standard operating procedures under supervision.
• Maintain accurate laboratory records and documentation.
• Learn and apply analytical techniques such as NMR, HPLC, and Mass Spectrometry.
• Participate in discussions, literature reviews, and research meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• M.Sc. in Chemistry / Organic Chemistry (Freshers are welcome).
• Strong understanding of basic organic chemistry and laboratory techniques.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of drug discovery and research.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and research-driven mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
