Tekboox is a US-based IT company urgently seeking fresh graduates who are passionate about starting their careers in Networking & Security for the position of Fresher / MTO – Network Security Support Analyst.

Job Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Must have adequate English language communication skills.
• The candidate should have a knowledge of networking and OS (Linux).
• Understanding of information security fundamentals.
• Handle L1 tickets for our customers on the service desk within the required SLA time.
• Knowledge about NGFW, WAF, Vulnerability Management, Web Proxy, SIEM EDR/XDR.
• Provide Security Support to the customer.
• Write and maintain internal documentation for different managed security services.
• Initially L1 troubleshooting across different managed security services.
• Implement basic mitigation steps and escalate critical issues to higher-level.
• Escalate L2/L3 tickets as needed.
• Coordinate with vendor support for different solutions.
• Basic understanding of change management process.
• Create Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports for our Managed services

Qualification Required:

Fresh graduates with a Bachelor’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, BS IT, or related disciplines.

Job Location & Timing:

• Location: DHA Y Block, Phase 3, Lahore
• Shift Timing: Night Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM(Onsite)
• Work Mode: Onsite (5 days a week)
